Samsung has today unveiled smartphones Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A3 in a thin (less than 7 mm) metal casing that support mobile networks fourth-generation LTE Cat4 (150 Mbit / s).
Both models are made on quad-core processor with a clock frequency of 1.2 GHz. Amount of RAM is 2 GB, the model Galaxy A5 and 1GB versions at Galaxy A3. Built-in flash drive in both cases holds 16 GB of data; Compatible removable microSD-card.
The device Galaxy A5 equipped with 5-inch HD Super AMOLED (720 × 1280 pixels) and a 13-megapixel main camera with LED flash. Food provides the battery with 2300 mAh. Dimensions are 139,3 × 69,7 × 6,7 mm, weight – 123g.
Smartphone Galaxy A3 received 4.5-inch qHD Super AMOLED (540 × 960 pixels) and an 8-megapixel camera with flash. Battery capacity – 1900 mAh. The device weighs 110.3 grams and its dimensions – 130,1 × 65,5 × 6,9 mm.
Both models feature a 5-megapixel front camera, wireless adapters Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 4.0 , receiver satellite navigation system GPS / GLONASS, accelerometer, electronic compass, proximity sensor, and light conditions.
On smartphones installed operating system Android 4.4 KitKat. Sales will begin in November; the price is not reported.
