Android-smartphone Samsung Galaxy S6 arrived in India for testing – Overclockers.ru

The South Korean company Samsung is working on the creation of its new flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S6, also known as Project Zero. He has already arrived for testing in India, writes about what GSMArena.

Today in the database of the local web service Zauba, for the monitoring of export and import operations in India, was seen flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S6. The device with the model number SM-G920F arrived for further testing from South Korea to India December 17, 2014. The cost of the test sample is 18,938 rupees (about $ 300) and, presumably, that the retail price of a new leader will be at least twice as high.



Based on previous information leaks, Samsung Galaxy S6 will get a 5.5-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. Will be released at least two versions of the new flagship. One of them will work on the basis of the latest eight-processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, and the basis for the other models will form its own single-chip solution Samsung Exynos 7420. Also, a couple of days ago, sources said that the novelty will receive the curved screen and will be clothed in the body, completely made of aluminum.

The exact date of the official announcement of Samsung Galaxy S6 is still unknown. But it is believed that Samsung is due to the low sales of the current flagship Galaxy S5 decided not to delay release of new items in the closet and it is already going to announce at CES 2015, which will be held from 6 to 9 January 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
