«St. Petersburg Heating Network” announced an auction for the development of computer applications “mobile workstation manager” based on the Android operating system for Samsung Galaxy Tablet, with which the head of the “Heating systems” Igor Strenadko will monitor the execution of orders and negotiate documents.
The winner of the auction, which has a staff of IT-specialists of no less than 500 people must be based on DocsVision computer program to create an application by December 2016. Cost of works 20 million rubles (without VAT).
As stated in the specifications, the application is designed to “improve the efficiency of record keeping activities, ensuring its mobility by implementing a remote working on a tablet device management staff members of [the company] … in the electronic document management system.”
Head “Heating” with the help of the application will be considered received on the name of his documents, negotiate and sign them, create a binding order with or without reference to the document, to get acquainted with files and papers, track the status of orders, painted app users .
