According to Korean publication KoreaHerald, Samsung Electronics has decided to release only one version of their next PHABLET Galaxy Note. The publication refers to the local daily newspaper Munwha Ilbo.
According to sources, Samsung is not going to produce a model with a flat-screen Galaxy Note 7 (Note 6). Instead, preference is given to the variation with the screen folded at two lateral edges of the smartphone.
The announcement of the new Galaxy Note is expected on 2 August. It may be the next smartphone in the line of Galaxy Note will miss the number “6″ in solidarity with the Galaxy S7 models and Galaxy S7 edge.
Samsung Galaxy Note 6/7 attributed to the 5.8-inch Super AMOLED-display with a resolution QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels), Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 processor or proprietary Exynos 8890, depending on the issue in the region, 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, and battery 4000 mAh against water and dust protection standard IP68 and iris scanner.
