Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S7 went on sale in March of this year, and analysts from research firm UBI Research already discussing what will be the new flagship Samsung Galaxy S8. According to yuzhnokreyskoe edition of The Korea Herald, referring to the UBI Research, Samsung will equip the Samsung Galaxy S8 AMOLED display diagonal of 5.5 inches with a resolution of 4K. The source adds that Samsung Display has demonstrated a panel at a trade show Society for Information Display, which took place in California in March of this year. Since its introduction in the market the first smartphone Samsung Galaxy in March 2010 of the diagonal line of devices has increased from 4 to 5.5 inches. This resolution has increased 9.6 times from 480 x 800 to 1440 x 2560 pixels. Displays 4K resolution will gain popularity along with the increasing popularity of low-cost virtual reality headsets, including the Samsung Gear VR, requiring smart phones to work.
